We will be monitoring the reports for your comments. Please put down anything that you want us to know, including questions you need answers to, reporting unruly coaches or parents, field conditions.
Fill out the entire form:
Use your full name (First and last name)
Make sure you have the correct date
U8 has only 1 referee, for partner put "N/A"
U10 & U12 if refereeing alone, for partner put "N/A" You will receive double pay
Hit submit- You will get an email showing that your submission went through
There will be 4 payrolls this year:
Pay period 1 covers games 5/31 thru 6/9 = 2 weeks
Pay period 2 covers games 6/13 thru 6/23 = 2 weeks
Pay period 3 covers 6/27 thru 6/30 = 1 weeks
Pay period 4 covers 7/11 thru 7/17 = 1 week and Soccerfest*
*Soccerfest games will use paper slips, not on-line reporting. Slips will be provided at the Soccerfest tent when you check in.
Reports coming in after the pay periods following Sunday will go onto the next paycheck.
Pay rates are $15 per game with returning referees earning $1 extra for each year they have refereed in the past for the Strikers, with a maximum of $20 per game.
